For those who want to stretch their throwing muscles and challenge themselves to something new, we will work on a thrown ring candle set, thrown candle pedestals, and candle lanterns (thrown or handbuilt). Then we will decorate them for the holiday of your choice! Ceramics experience required*.

Instructor: Katie Borrowman

*Participants MUST have basic wheel throwing skills as this is an intermediate level course. It will be best if you can center a minimum of 2 pounds of clay, but we can accommodate if not.

Cost of the course includes a bag of clay (22lbs), firing and glazing.

All fired and glazed ceramic work must be picked up within two weeks of the completion notice, or it will be donated to artsPlace.
