When life feels like a never-ending juggling act, it’s easy to feel stuck or disconnected from yourself. This course is designed to help you reset, slow down, and take a moment to rediscover your own creative capacity.

Through guided exploration, movement and reflective practices, you’ll tap into your own creative wisdom, stretch beyond limiting patterns, and rediscover inspiration—whether in nature, in community, or within yourself.

Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to have a creative mind, break out of ruts, and expand beyond the box. You’ll gain practical tools and practices to unlock and sustain your creative flow, nurture your ideas, and embrace the value of the creative process itself.

This is more than a course—it’s an invitation to reestablish your relationship with creativity. Do you make time for it, like you would a coffee date with a friend?

Join us in a supportive group setting where sharing, sketching, movement, and conversation spark new possibilities. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped with a renewed sense of creative purpose and play.

As part of this course offering, you’ll also have the opportunity for a personalized follow-up with the instructor via phone, email or zoom, tailored to your needs.
