All event and performance ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation by artsPlace.
Membership sales are final and non-refundable.
For course and workshop registrations, equivalent value credits will be issued to customer accounts for use against the cost of future programming up to two weeks prior to the start date of the relevant program. No credits will be issued less than two weeks in advance of program start dates.
artsPlace recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise beyond the control of ticket purchasers and program registrants. The comfort and safety of our patrons, staff and instructors are our highest priority and we take all personal circumstances into consideration.
Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting artsPlace at 403-609-2623 or [email protected]. Program specific materials fees are non-refundable, nor will materials-related credits be issued once the program has begun.
By registering for an in-person class that may transition online, you acknowledge that the format of this class may be in-person, online, or a combination thereof. No refunds will be offered for classes transitioned online.
By registering for an in-person class that cannot transition online, you acknowledge that all or a portion of the class may be cancelled. Refunds for programs cancelled by artsPlace will be issued as needed.
