Learn techniques of hand and machine sewing, then develop skills sewing zippers, buttonholes, elastic, and more. We will make a fun collection of functional items including a table runner, polar fleece accessories, a patchwork floor cushion, and a cross-back tunic with pockets. Most materials are provided, and students can bring their own fabrics or notions to personalise their projects. Beginners and those with a basic sewing background are welcome!

Materials: Participants are required to bring their own sewing machine and basic sewing kit; some textiles provided.
