The inaugural poet laureate of Banff National Park, her poetic predisposition has landed her a golden reputation as a songwriter and community builder. Her newest release, The War EP, takes a unique auditory pathway, allowing Amelie to “walk you hand in hand through the human condition." Caroline Whyte
Caroline Whyte is a woman with a heart for country romance. As a singer-songwriter based in the mountains of Canmore, Alberta, she draws inspiration from the rugged landscapes of the West to craft poetic and transfixing work that conjures a stillness in the room.
Her haunting, angelic voice evokes the cool relief of canyon breezes and the rustle of spring grasses, transporting listeners to long days in the saddle and nights in dusty cabins. Through carefully constructed stories of self-reckoning, healing, and redemption, Whyte's work explores the depths of the Western experience.

Irene Poole
Banff born and bred, Irene is an actor, singer-songwriter, and composer. She has performed her songs at various venues around the Bow Valley including the 2023 Canmore Folk Festival and artsPlace, and graduated in 2021 with her BFA in Musical Theatre from LIU Post. Irene's indie-folk songs often take inspiration from the natural world around her, and from other strong women songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Brandi Carlile.

Geneva Gamutan
Recent Canmore resident, Geneva hails from the Philippines where she was a professional wedding and lounge singer and fronted various local bands. Geneva recently performed as part of the National Filipino Heritage Month celebrations on Stan Rogers Stage, as well as at artsPlace, and Fiesta Filipino 2023 “Dare to Dream” cultural showcase at Olympic Plaza Calgary.
