With a camera in one hand and a sketchbook in the other, Kelly’s artistic journey began in adolescence. Her artistic practices, however, were suspended when Kelly, an elite downhill and Super-G skier, became an Olympian and World Cup Medallist. Until her body broke.

After a serious injury in 2009, Kelly credits art as the remedy that helped her heal and, eventually, it was painting that became her life’s work. She is now a member of the Canmore Art Guild, and is currently represented by the Loft Gallery Inc.
