Join us for the artsPlace (Canadian Mountain Arts Foundation) Annual General Meeting as we look back on the accomplishments and financial results from 2023 through storytelling and live performance.
2023 saw the full return of engagement with our many programs and events, and tremendous progress made on our ambitious strategic plan. A plan focused on diversity, accessibility, and expanding the breadth of our programming both within and beyond our four walls, while maintaining our core strengths of hands-on creativity, inspirational performances, thoughtful exhibitions, and dynamic outreach activities.
Voting Eligibility
Only CMAF Members who became members 45 days in advance of the AGM are eligible to vote on the election of Board Members and any special resolutions brought forward. Please note that if you have purchased an "artsPlace Membership" you are not a CMAF Member. CMAF Memberships must be purchased seperately (see link above for details on becoming a CMAF Member). Currently only CMAF Members present in person may vote unless they have assigned their vote to a proxy who must be a CMAF Member in good standing.
Agenda items include: Presentation of the Annual Report, Presentation of annual financial statements, President's Report, and Election of Directors.
