Use Sashiko-based mending techniques to help your favorite clothes come back to life! Inspired by this ancient technique, we will make beautiful patches and creative designs. This technique gives a very personal touch to some of our most loved pieces of clothing. It looks great especially on denim!

Please bring clothes to mend. Receive a skein of white or blue cotton thread and a special mending needle.

Instructor: Fonda Sparks

Location: 101 Bear Street (above Banff Public Library)

For day-of registrations please register online (click button above), call or come into artsPlace Canmore. There are no cashier services provided onsite.
