A mala is a set of beads traditionally used and worn for meditation. Typically made with 108 beads, the person wearing the mala uses this sacred piece of jewellery to count affirmations which hav been infused into the garland.

Learn the components of a mala, explore meditation, and be inspired by the therapeutics that creating and using your own mala brings.
