Beth Cairns
Beth Cairn’s passions are downhill and backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking and the mountains. She expresses this through her art and passion for woodworking which she inherited from her Uncle, a master woodworker in Ste. Adele, Quebec. Each piece is drawn on a tableau of wood then the negative space removed using a rotary tool, a router to soften the edges and further details by hand. She then paints them with acrylic paint and frames each with solid fir.
