Dana Roman ‘Layers’

In Dana Roman’s new exhibition at CAG Gallery Elevation Place, she creates visual poetic spaces, mostly using a very new technique which she is experimenting with in the last few years. The layers of painted silk are interspaced with the acrylics and other materials; some layers are transparent or translucent, some opaque, which gives her pieces infinity of hues and shades of colors.
