Banff born and raised, Amelie Patterson is a singer-songwriter whose star has been steadily rising. She grew up listening to classics like Janis Joplin, Van Morrison and Joni Mitchell, and their influence is clear in her bluesy vocals, folk-rock guitar, and candid, pared-down lyrics. Her debut album Tic Tac Blues was released to critical acclaim in 2016.

Edmonton Folk Fest “Emerging Artist of the Year” and multiple award-nominees, The Doll Sisters are a fierce duo with a fistful of heart. Drawing from their rich Irish and Scottish heritage, as well as from roots and rock, these skillful multiinstrumentalists have created a captivating sound that is uniquely their own.
